Operational Policies
Quotation Policy
Our professional quotations are valid for 15 days. The commencement of any project is subject to a signed service agreement and the receipt of the initial deposit as per the agreed schedule.
Technical Visits
Scheduled site visits require unobstructed access to the property. Clients must ensure that pets are secured and that access is facilitated at the agreed date and time to maintain efficiency.
Cancellations
Rescheduling requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance. Cancellations of signed contracts are subject to deposit retention policies to cover initial operational and planning costs.
